There are many types of mold, and they reproduce by means of microscopic, airborne spores. Mold can start growing indoors when its spores float inside from outdoors and land on surfaces that are damp. Exposure to mold by inhaling or touching mold spores can cause allergic reactions and irritation to the lungs, eyes, skin, nose and throat. Our mold inspectors will perform a comprehensive visual mold inspection, as per ICA2 Standards of Practice, take air samples, sample suspect areas for lab testing and create a report for you with an analysis of the results and information on moisture intrusion. We send all of our mold testing in Denver samples to a nationally accredited lab for analysis with a fast 48 hour turnaround on lab results.
